Ukraine's Military Marketplace: Robotic Complexes
Unmanned Ground Vehicle (ground drone) Murakha

Brave1 is the united coordinational platform created by the Government of Ukraine to promote collaboration between all stakeholders of the defense tech industry.
In April 2025, Brave1 launched Brave1 Market, which is called an “Amazon for war”, where units can order the drones and equipment they need using either money or points earned in combat.
Access to this marketplace is divided into two catalogs:
A public catalog available via Diia authorization.
A closed catalog accessible only to verified military personnel through the Delta system.
After consulting with industry professionals, I’ve decided to create a dedicated information resource that highlights selected items available in the public catalog.
All information included in this newsletter is sourced from publicly available resources or the Brave1 Market platform, with written permission from the producers.
This publication is produced independently, without collaboration or financial contributions from military manufacturers, government officials, or any other actors.
UGV Murakha (Ant)
The first item I chose to report on is the ground robotic complex Murakha (Ukrainian for “Ant”), produced by the Ukrainian company Robotic Complexes. Robotic Complexes is an engineering and design bureau that brings together over twenty specialists in engineering, mechanics, electronics, and software development. The company began operations in 2022, building on years of experience working with both aerial and ground-based drones in the agricultural sector.
Its production capabilities allow it to manufacture up to 120 units per year.
The UGV Muraha (Ant) is intended for logistics and evacuation purposes. It has the following characteristics:
Payload Capacity: 300 kg
Evacuation: 2+ people
Body: Combination of steel and aluminum elements
The product is equipped with an electro-hydraulic power unit.
Weight: 580 kg
Dimensions: 1730 x 1222 x 532 mm
Ground Clearance: 200 mm
Range: 40 km
Speed: 9 km/h
Operator: 1
Maneuverability: Roll angle 30°, obstacle crossing angle 45°
The price of this UGV is 1 160 000 UAH (29,000 USD or 26,977 EUR).
Murakha has not yet been codified by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, but the codification procedure is expected to be finalized by the end of June
Codification is the process by which a manufactured item acquires the status of a supply item, along with the systematization of information about it. During the codification of a sample of weapons or military equipment, data is recorded on the manufacturer, the technical documentation defining the characteristics of the new model of armaments or military equipment (AME), its configuration, and other relevant details. In 2023–2024, the timeframe for the codification procedure of weapons and military equipment samples was significantly optimized. The time required for completion was first reduced to 20 days, and later to 10. Previously, this process used to take several months.
UGV Bohomol (Mantis)
While Murakha is currently the only item available on the marketplace, the Robotic Complexes also produce five additional unmanned ground systems.
One of these is Bohomol (Ukrainian for “Mantis”), designed to serve as a mobile fire unit. The vehicle is equipped with a combat module featuring a machine gun (12.7 mm) – targeting enemy personnel and light armored vehicles, reconnaissance, ambush, assault, and covering fire.
Technical Specifications:
Caliber: up to 12.7 mm
Weight: 775 kg
Body: Steel
Dimensions: 1750x1230x690 mm
Ground Clearance: 200 mm
Range: 32 km
Speed: 9 km/h
Operator: 1-2
The special features include: targeting function, ballistic calculator, target recognition, bistatic camera, rangefinder, and automatic loading system.
Below you can see a promotional video for both Murakha and Bohomol.
UGV Pliushch (Ivy)
In February 2025, Militarnyi reported on another innovation by the Robotic Complexes, “Pliushch” (Ivy – ed.) ground drone. The Pliushch is an autonomous platform with a retractable mast that can act as a repeater, providing radio communication in hard-to-reach areas, or as a mobile electronic warfare station to counter enemy systems. Pliushch with a 10-meter mast weighs 775 kg. With these parameters, its maximum speed reaches 9 km/h and its range is 40 km. The UGV is controlled by the operator via radio communication via a SIYI 5.8 GHz patch antenna. It is claimed that its operation is possible at a range of up to 10 km in open areas or 3 km in rough terrain.
After being approached for a comment, Ihor Chaikivski, CEO of Robotic Complexes, said the following: “Four training centers (military training units) of the Defense Forces of Ukraine asked us to deliver, free of charge, our domestically produced ground systems for training instructors. These instructors will later be able to train personnel in the operation and tactical use of the systems.
The use of such systems in the war can save thousands of lives. However, state institutions are currently unable, fully or sometimes even partially, to fund the deployment of such systems to the Defense Forces.
To supply the four training centers with all the necessary UGV units (8 in total), we need $280,000.
We do not require advance payment — we are ready to deliver the manufactured drones and receive the payment afterward.
At the moment, this amount is significant for us, and we cannot afford such expenditures”.
Ihor mentioned that he sees various possible forms of cooperation with foreign partners: investment, testing, maintenance, R&D. There are options to establish joint ventures abroad with the approval of the relevant authorities in Ukraine.
Also, in the near future, probably a quota-based export opportunity abroad will be opened, so naturally, those who are “closer” will receive the equipment first.
In the meantime, specialists can be trained in Ukraine, tactics for operational use can be studied in real combat conditions, and so forth.
The CEO of Robotic Complexes can be contacted at this number, which has been kindly shared with permission for publication in this digest.
